Our Philosophy

Our high level of consideration means we do not use cage dryers and never leave your dogs unattended. Safety and gentleness is our goal.

Our methods help to minimize the stress your dog might face in the grooming process without compromising the fine quality cut you hope to see.

We believe all animals deserve the best, and that includes the most nutritious foods and supplies. We proudly supply the most discerning pet owner with foods and all pet sup- plies that meet your toughest standards.

Our History

Oh So Pretty was born out of a true love for animals and a desire to create a more safe and relaxing grooming experi- ence for dogs.

Oh So Pretty was founded by Tina Grello when she estab- lished her first grooming salon in March 2003, on South 3rd Street in Philadelphia. After several successful years at that location, Tina opened a second shop in the Mt Airy neigh- borhood of Philly in March 2007.

After six years of operation Tina closed the downtown Phila- delphia location to focus her energy on the Mt Airy store. Her new location added a retail section which included a wide variety of high quality dog and cat foods, health sup- port supplements, toys and grooming supplies.

Many of Tina's satisfied center city customers continued to to bring their dogs to Tina's northwest Philly location rather than choose a new groomer in their own neighborhood. Their commitment boosted her shift to a new neighborhood and helped the Mt Airy business to thrive.

In February 2010, the Glenside Oh So Pretty shop was born. Now bigger than ever, Oh So Pretty offers new, private grooming rooms and a larger selection of only the highest quality pet suppllies. Our bright and airy shop in Glenside offers the same, high quality experience and suppplies our devoted customers have come to expect.

We value the old fashioned integrity that is so hard to find in today's corporate animal industry. We base our practice on those principles and the personalized service they provide. We combine those principles with the highly nutritious foods and pet conscious toys available on the market today.
