Jeannie

Salon Manager

Dedicated to over 30 years to the pet care industry. Former certified veterinary technician and salon owner, now a proud member and salon manager of the Oh So Pretty team.

Driven to be the best I can be, I regularly attend continuing education seminars, classes ad tradeshows to keep up-to-date on the ever evolving grooming industry. Also well versed in animal nutrition and training, I feel I can help guide you to having the best relationship with your dog.

As a adept communicator, I can interpret the needs and wants of pet parents to keep your pets happy, healthy and looking their best.

I feel this profession is a gift, and I feel blessed to be entrusted with your babies, so I treat as if they were my own.

Nicole

Hello, my name is Nicole!

I have been in the grooming industry for about 10 years now.

Oh So Pretty Pet Spa adopted me in Fall of 2013.

I have always known since i was a little girl that i wanted to work with dogs.

After i graduated high school I attended a grooming academy. I fell in love instantly and grooming has forever been my passion.

I always enjoy making sure each pet walks out the door feeling like a million barks!

Sharon

Hi Everyone! My name is Sharon. I knew I wanted to work with animals since the sixth grade. As a high schooler I aced in biology, which lead me to attend Harcum College to major in Veterinary Technology. While in college I worked as a Vet Tech in an animal hospital, where I learned the art of cat grooming. After being a Vet Tech for two years I realized that it was not for me. That's when I entered the world of grooming. I started out as a bather at PetSmart in 2002. A year and a half later I entered grooming school as the Class of 2004. Eventually I became a salon manager at PetSmart and later at Petco. I started working at Oh So Pretty in 2015, where the girls welcomed me into their work family.

With a total of 16+ years as a cat and dog groomer, I learned to work with all different personalities of pets. I groom pets of all different breeds, shapes, ages, sizes, and hair quality. But I tend to be best known for grooming cats, double-coated dogs and dogs with behavior issues.

As a pet owner myself, I treat all my customer's pet as if they were my own fur baby.... with a lot of hugs and kisses!

Jenn

Once upon a time when Jenn was a young girl she knew she wanted to work with animals, since she is a scaredy cat and scared of needles she figured groomer it is! She began her grooming career 10 years ago in 2007 (that's 70 in dog years!) at PetSmart where she perfected her skills under Sharon and working with Nicole. Nicole brought Jenn to work at a magical place called Oh So Pretty and Jenn knew it would be a perfect fit with the wonderful ladies there!! Now Jenn not only gets to feel like Snow White surrounded by her favorite little animals she gets to work in the best grooming salon in all the land!! Jenn's favorite thing about being a groomer is getting to know the dogs and treating them like they were her own. Although she loves all dogs she does have a special affinity for yorkies since she has been the mommy of 2 yorkies! Jenn looks forward to working with you and your baby so she can love em, kiss em, and squeeze em!!! (Don't worry I'll groom them too!!)

Mercy

Mercy has always had a love for animals. She first started volunteering for the animal care and control team at the age of 14 and also spent time volunteering at Kitty Cottage. At the age of 17 she began working at Montgomery animal hospital where she worked as a kennel aide and veterinary assistant for over 3 years. Mercy then began working at a grooming salon in center city when she was 21. She spent over 3 years working there before she joined Oh So Pretty's team. Mercy has just finished her grooming apprenticeship and is excited for her future at Oh So Pretty.

Angel

Angel is an avid animal lover finishing up her bachelor's degree in biology with a focus in zoology at Delaware Valley University. She has worked with animals in a labratory setting and is also a pet sitter for dogs, cats, and exotic pets.
